Use for
Use the Bruchid Beetle Trap for monitoring and trapping broad-bean weevils in outdoor crops.
Pests
Broad-bean weevil (Bruchus rufimanus).
Crops
Beans.
How it works
Mode of action
The Bruchid Beetle Trap needs to be used in combination with species-specific Pherodis dispensers. The dispensers release a species-specific lure which attracts the male and female weevils into the trap. Once in the trap, they cannot escape and are easy to detect, count and identify.
